Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay in your order, we’ll contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Shipping: 7-13 business days (depending on your location)

Shipping charges: Composed of "Standard Shipping" and "Express Shipping" (Calculated at checkout) 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped from Aramex South Africa, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@alumora.co.za with your order number, and we’ll assist right away.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes or severe weather).

International Shipping:

At this time, we currently only ship within South Africa.

Damaged or Lost Parcels:

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
